Middletown is a quirky, modern companion to the beloved Thornton Wilder classic, Our Town. In this dramatic comedy the characters seek the meaning of life in the suburbs. A longtime resident and a new arrival to town travel from the local library to outer space and places in between. Throughout the story they encounter universal themes of love, loneliness, birth, death, elation, forgiveness, disappointment, and redemption in small-town living.
